After the military, he attended the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts in Pittsburgh, PA. Chef Thomas is a Certified Executive Chef, and has worked for the Hyatt Corporation, the PGA Tour, and Corporate Clubs of America. When he isn't serving up his vision at the Main Street Bistro, Chef Thomas enjoys spending time with his family and playing softball. He has a lovely wife Coliesta, 4 beautiful daughters, two son-in-laws, and two handsome grandsons that take after their Grandpa.
